Owing to the special landscape structure, climate condition and the constitution of heating, Urumqi's atmosphere polution still haven't been figured out ultimately. One of the most important elements which affecting Urumqi's atmosphere polution is heating mode and its situation of polution discharge. Therefore if we want to solve the problem of Urumqi's atmosphere polution, the feature of polution caused by heating must been mastered. At present, there isn't any professional scheme towards polutant monitoring sites in central heating period, so this graduation paper focus on solve this problem. The research method of this paper is based on the《The Compilation of Urumqi's heating plan of the year 2002 to 2020》and its background map,Urumqi's standard climate data in China Meteorological Data Sharing Service System .By using EIAA2.6 software, simulated the typical pollutant's concentration of Urumqi in the central heating period. Then according to the Accounted result, draw the pollltant contour map and get the mode of atmosphere pollutant discharge in Urumqi's core area in th ecentral heating period. According to the accounted data, use Fuzzy array max-element,Fisher optimized separating method ) examine the optimized results and finally find out the optimized plan of typical pollutant monitoring sites in haeting period. This is the first reaearch which tables the proposal of setting polution monitoring sites in the central area of Urumqiaccording to the feature of Urumqi's atmosphere pollution and gives suggestion to polution monitoring sites optimization plan of typical pollutant (sulfur dioxide and smoke) in central heating period in the core area of Urumqi.
