Because there is not any calculation device in the process of mine explore, so the examination for power shovel and transport's driver is the times of mine car, it will result to lots of irregularity. Due to some manipulators'exaggeration , the mine car is owing frenquentlly, so it bringing about waste of resource . But sometime there is the problem of security because mine car's overload. Aim at the above reasons, we bring up the proposal of a dynamic weighing system are presented of mining shovel, and it is my topic.It base on the second theory of Newton, F=ma. First, ayalyzing the structure and action of mining shovel, find out strengthes and variables for shove, and select suitable sensors to measure these variables which affect it's weight . Finally, applying Newton law seek the weight of mineral .AT89C52 obtain the datas and PC deal with these datas.the systerm adopt AT89C52 to achieve sample at regular time, these value of samples are transmitted to Personal computer. Personal computer receives datas and deal with those datas.The function of AT89C52: Controling simulated and digital sensors to sample datas. These datas which following disposal circuit enter into AT89C52 or 8255. Because AT89C52's ability of caculation is lower,so these sampling datas to be transmitted to PC by way of serial communication.additionally,it can increase some additional functions. For example , including some functions of report to police and LCD display.The function of PC: applying Visual C ++ language achieve the most primordial function of serial communication. Including receive,showing,save and print results. It can communicate essencial datas with AT89C52 by means of serial commuciation.
