As the fast development of Chinese society and economy,the increasingly higher requirements of steeling efficiency and production quality are proposed.Batching control is a complex and critical process in the iron manufacturing which directly determines the quality of the steel and its cost.Based on the production practice of Jiangsu Shagang Steel Blast Furnace,this thesis focuses on how to improve the accuracy of batching control without affecting the continuous productivity.Through the on-site investigation of the productive process,we design and implement a dynamic weighing and four-loops batching control system.The project background is firstly introduced,and the thesis analyses the existing dynamic weighing and batching control methods which denotes the superiority and applicability of our chosen method.The research and development of dynamic weighing and batching system for the blast furnace is presented to improve the accuracy of batching control without affecting the productivity.Fast and precise batching control focus on improving the precision of dynamic weighing and the falling materials control.The main contributions of this thesis are as follows:1.By reading and the analyzing of domestic and foreign relative literatures,a comparison overview of existing methods in dynamic weighing and batching control is provided, and a novel approach for embedded weighing instrument platform is proposed.2.A pole-placement self-adaptive compensation method to realize the dynamic weighing is designed,by achieving the FIR digital filter based on Hamming window and the anti-jamming solution.3.Combining the P-type iterative learning control and intelligent jog algorithms,the simulation of batching control process and model are thus designed to implement the batching control.4.By usingμC/ OS-Ⅱreal-time operating system,embedded C language,16/32 bit and ARM micro-controller S3C2410,the system instrumentation is implemented for practical use. The system in this thesis combines the dynamic weighing and batching control function together which not only satisfies the domestic industry requirements of dynamic weighing for the blast furnace control,but also upgrades the batching control for the Blast Furnace.The innovations are summarized as follows:1.By using the embedded technologies,the system can achieve four-loops batching control,real-time data monitoring and network communication.2.The pole-placement self-adaptive compensation method with FIR digital filter based on Hamming window is adopted to achieve the dynamic weighing standard.3.Basing on the background of blast furnace application,the thesis proposes the iterative learning control and intelligent jog algorithms to complete the batching control solutions.
