Land resource is one of the irreplaceable resources whichthe human being relies on. Land use comes out with thedevelopment of population and economic, the range and degreeof land use is becoming more and more largo, especially inrecent one hundred years. About 40% of Land cover was destoriedor became urban land, which had a substantial effect onconstruction and function of whole ecological system, land useand land cover change arose environmental problems, the effectsand evaluation of environment has become the key issue in thestudy of global change with joint promotion of IGBP and1HDP. Under the background, researchs on theory and example ofthe impact evaluation of land use on the ecological environmenthas very important scientific value and realistic meaning.The paper explains the theory relation and progress betweenland use and ecological environment. On the basis of analyzingthe influences of land use change and environment, we evaluateenvironmental impact of land use change, and explore ways andmeans of environmental effect of land use change in Yizhang.The paper is divided into five parts:The first part of the paper is exordium. It is to introducesignificance and background of the study, the trends and theproblem on environmental impact assessment both at home andabroad, and the paper research content and technical route.The second part of the paper is the region survey. On thebasis of analyzing Yizhang County natural, social economycondition, the paper extracts the research area ecologicalenvironment present situation.The third part is the analysis on land use change inYizhang. It analyzes the character and internal rule of numberand construction of land use change from 1996 to 2005 in YizhangCounty, and systematicly analyzes the formation and change mechanism of land use in Yizhang County.The fourth part analyzes the environmental impact on landuse of Yizhang County. On the basis of analyzing therelationship and mutual mechanism between land use andecological environment, the paper unifies the Yizhang Countyactual situation, the analysis land utilization to theecological environment influence effect.The last part analyzes the environmental impact assessmenton land use of Yizhang County. Taking the PRS model as thefoundation, it unifies the Yizhang County natural resource, theecological environment and the social economy actual condition,carries on the appraisal to the Yizhang County ecologicalenvironment effect, and carries on the analysis ecologicalenvironment effect on the various villages and towns landutilization.
