The take-out robot for plastic injection is a robot for grab at work piece of plasticinjection. The robot take up the small space, good Stability, high efficiency, it isindispensable automation equipments in plastic injection field. The robot drive withthe air pressure, Simple and credibility would be service convenience.Direct control structure is used in the control system, as a take-out robot forplastic injection, hardware design include the input, output, LCD display, keyboard,ISP, software design include alarm, malfunction reason display, teach, etc. Thestructure is concision. The function of each mold is explicit.After introduce the present condition and existent problem of take-out robot forplastic injection, the article illustrated different hardware structure and proposed theway to solve problem.The hardware part of the control system chooses direct control structure,meanwhile; the plan for consider anti-interference design are used for canceling thebad environment of the robot working.Also, provide friendly interface for shorten the time of study about the robot andsoftware anti-interference design for make up the weakness of the part of hardwaredesign.Complete the system adjusts and Realization function of the robot.
