Design Of Electric Automatic Control System For Caster

The technology of continuous casting is to get molten steel casted,condensed and cut by continuous casting machine under liquid steel.This continuous casting technology can improve the yield of steel and save energy.In addition,the technology can also realize the automation and continuity of steelmaking casting.It has a positive significance for improving the working environment of workers and reducing the labor intensity of workers.It can be said that this technology is the central link of steelmaking production.In recent years,with the rapid development of industrial automation technology,more and more iron and steel enterprises have made innovation and upgrading of their own technology and technology.Continuous casting production is an important link of steel production,and the realization of its electrical automation control is imminent.Based on the electrical control principle of the electric control system of the continuous casting machine,this paper makes a great deal of research on the key equipment in the continuous casting production system,including the vehicle,sector section,crystallizer and ladle rotary table in continuous casting production system,combining with the technical requirements and process flow of the continuous caster,and designs the platform control area in the continuous casting production system.The electrical control system,which is the main control structure of the casting flow area,the post control area and the control area of the instrument,has made the electric automation control scheme adapted to the production,and better satisfy the requirement of the continuous casting production process.In the key technology,this paper focuses on the research and design of the crystallizer level automatic control and crystallization hydraulic vibration of the continuous casting system.The control of the liquid level of the crystallizer is realized by the method of double closed loop PID combined with the plug bar regulation and the liquid level detection device of the crystallizer.In this paper,the automatic regulating technology of the liquid level is realized,and the continuous casting machine has the function of automatic opening,and the vibration control technology of the crystallizer isintegrated into the fuzzy control method,and the precision of the original continuous casting production system is improved.Simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the control accuracy.The electric automation control system of continuous casting machine developed and designed in this paper has been successfully applied to No.1 slab caster in Zhongyuan special steel.The application results show that the continuous casting production system is reliable and stable,the quality of the cast billet is good,the production efficiency has been effectively improved,and the energy saving and consumption reducing effect is remarkable.
