| This article in view of the network structure of polyether polyurethane,through the increase of functional additive to PET,such as ternary copolymer, polyvinylalcohol, special modified hydroxy-functional acrylic resin, flexibility epoxy resin, nitrocellulose, to study the kind of functional additive, addition, craft to the effect of PET mechanics performance. In the application of propellant, we choose the PET which reinforced by ternary copolymer as bond to used in propellant,to study under the different temperature condition, the different ternary copolymer content to the propellant with the anti-impact and anti-compress performance influence. The results indicate that, ternary copolymer joining can obvious enhance the PET polyurethane system mechanics performance, carries on the pretreatment to ternary copolymer can further to enhance the system mechanics performance. In contains in the PET propellant system to increase ternary copolymer, the propellant mechanics performance has the enhancement, joins occupy the PET content about 10% ternary copolymer in the propellant, the anti-compress mechanics performance is better. The findings that the PET in the application of propellant, further enhance its mechanics performance to provide the certain theory and the experimental foundation. |
