Improper handling of a large number of worn-out miner's lamps will increase the consumption of natural resources and deterioration of the natural environment, therefore, lamp recycling and reuse of waste products has attracted the close attention of mankind. Governments and organizations in many countries have developed studies in depth. In Huaibei, there are a large quantity of worn-out miner's lamps, but large scaled, highly efficient recycling plants have not yet been established, therefore it is urgent to establish an efficient system for recycling worn-out miner's lamps. This paper analyzes the recycling system of electrical and electronic equipment in the foreign countries and its successful experience, then in light of the actual conditions in China, the paper studies the recycling system of worn-out miner's lamp and its technological process. The main research is based on the following parts:(1) Introduce the significance of the recycling of worn-out electronic and electrical appliances at home and abroad and the present situation, analyze the existing problems in the field of recycling worn-out electrical and electronic equipments in our country, point out the necessity of the research on the recycling system of worn-out miner's lamp and its technological process.(2) To improve the efficiency of the lamp recycling and the building of recycling network and system, this part analyzes the functional unit in the establishment of the system, puts forward the concrete measures to establish a recycling system in theory.(3) The research on the worn-out lamp recycling technology is the focus of this paper. First, analyze different recycling strategy of the products, choose different processing modules, then conduct studies to determine the technology and its treatment process, plan the recycling technology.(4) Demolition is the key point of the recycling technology of worn-out miner's lamps, a reasonable demolition is a prerequisite of effective recycling. This paper will comply with certain principle of demolition, generate the demolition sequence, and evaluate the demolition path on economic indicators.(5) Broken and separation technology is the key in recycling process of worn-out products, and is also a part of the decision. This paper analyzes the principles of these key technologies, the use and the selection of equipment in the recycling process.
