Economic Analysis About Countryside Environmental Pollution In China

Along with the development of economy in our village, the environment pollution worsened gradually.The environment quality in our village is worse than before.It is said that the environment pollution in village is gradually worsen and that 150,000,000 acres of farmlands had already been polluted. The livestock dejecta,the marine lives farming , unproper pesticide use and the quality of farm product can't be neglected.The pollution from factories in our village increased quickly. The environmental protection establishnment in small town is absent, the drinking water in village is alse polluted. The twins of economy development and the environment pollution was born in our countryside along with the development in our village.The environment pollution in our village has already awakenned us to protect our environment in village.The environment is the foundation of economic development.There is water,energy,nature resources and the important scenery in the mountain area. The economic development influences environment. Recently the producing mode has changed along with the the development of economy in village. The large use of fertilizer,pesticide and plastics in agriculture causes the serious pollution.In 1980' s the number of industries in village increased quickly. The lack of technique causes very serious pollution in village.It will endanger the living people and result in economic lose.The environment pollution will cause economy development.For example, the water resources limits industry to product.The substance of the village environment problem research is the reasonable use of the environment, improving and protecting the environment.This thesis is about the environment pollution in our village and the relation of economic development and environment improvement in our village.Market failure and government failure is the cause of the environment pollution in our village. We should optimize the environmental policy structure,push the socialization of the environmental management functionality,strengthen the construction of environment legislation,intensify the environmnent education,create new economic tools for environment protection.Only in this way,the real self-sustainable development and harmony of our society will become true.Except the preface and conclusion, the thesis is divided into four sections totally.Section one is about development and research in environment pollution in our village.It concludes the review and comment to the related theories. The related theories is mainly about the environment.The concept of externalities was put forward by A.Marshall. A.C.Pigou expanded externalities concept. Coase put forward trade cost.The thesis criticized the Environmental Kuznets Curve . We should go out of this economic development.Section two presents the condition and influence of environment pollution in our village. Industry pollution, agriculture pollution and rubbish worsen the environment in our village.Section three is about market failure and government failure that is the cause of the environment pollution in our village. Because of person's unsense, the incomplete information, public product, externalities, and trade expenses face,the market failure took place.It is necessary for the government to protect our environmen in village. Sometimes government failure maybe appear.Section four is mainly about tools for environment protection. We should optimize the environmental policy structure,push the socialization of the environmental management functionality,strengthen the construction of environment legislation,intensify the environmnent education,create new economic tools for environment protection..Public education still is needed to strengthen basic national policies of environmental protection.Only in this way,the real self-sustainable development and harmony of our society will become true.
