Study On Standard Gear Of Spiral Bevel Gear

Gear has important position in the modern production. Spiral bevel gear is basic component to transfer the intersectant axes. It has been used widely because of large superposition modulus and carrying capacity and transmission smooth and noise low and so on. Spiral bevel gear is the important mechanical basic component ,and manufacturing level will directly affect efficiency and noise and transfer precision and dependability. It is one of the key component and the most unsubstantial tache on the transfer system. Furthermore the many invalidations of the transfer system occur on the spiral bevel gear.Machining parameters are not fixed of spiral bevel gear because of complex gearface. Geleson machine tool is used widely for manufacturing the spiral bevel gear in factory. and general manufacturing method is "tried cutting and joggling". Technics are restricted by equipment and experience. It were improved slowly. So the lot factories establish standard gears. Investment is very large. But output is very little. The spiral bevel gear are used and manufactured in couples. Mostly the spiral bevel gear hasn't interchangeablity. Especially studying produces havn't manufacturing aim. Parameter cann't be fixed. The more repair will be need in manufacturing and assembly and trial run and so on.This dissertation mostly introduced confirmation process and use process and inspection process of the spiral bevel gear.1. Basic principle of gear machine tool and cutting movement and modifying dentiform angle and joggling point transforming process were introduced by the assuming peak gear theory. Mathematics models were established. We analysed gearface contact status by coordinates datas to check validity of machine tool parameter.2. Gear face contact area concept was simply introduced and estimate contact area quality by V/H inspecting method. V/H inspecting method can confirm contract area length and contact vector and direction and contact sensitivity.s 3. Inspecting method of the wearing standard gear face was introduced in inspecting method on standard gear of the spiral bevel gear. Datum were attached in table.4. Gear face analysis(TCA) was introduced in development direction of the standard gear in the future.
