The fish is the subaqueous swimming ace. They swim along curve using their fim in the water. Their body takes on very standard streamline and bestrews the phlegm from head to foot and the function of flotage in the water. These make the fish swim rapidly. So the sails are designed as streamline. This is a bionic method. But it can't satisfy people's demand of the navigational speed. The experiment designs a kind of bionic coating basing on the characteristic of the fish bestrewing the phlegm from head to foot. The coating is coated on the underwater furnishment. It can reduce the resistance and improve the velocity through the phegm layer.The paper makes water-solubility macromolecule polymer-Polyacrylamide (PAM) and Polyoxyethylene Oxide (PEO) with waterborne epoxy coating graft reaction and prepare a kind of hydrophilic reducing resistance coating- underwater self-lubricant bionic coating of which the mechanism of reducing resistance similar to the mechanism of the reducing resistance of the skin of the fish. The performance of the coating film, for example, the structure, the hydrophilicity, the suface morphology, frictional resistanceand so on, is tested with FT-IR Spectrometer, DSA, Scanning Electron Microscope, Resistance Measuring Apparatus.The experimental results show that the hydrophilicity of the improved film declines greatly than the hydrophilicity of the unimproved film. When the water-borne epoxy coating is improved with PAM, the hydrophilicity of the improved film enhances gradually and the surface energy of the improved film increases gradually with the increase of the mass of PAM and the water-borne epoxy resin curing agent; the decline of the concentration of PAM solution. The surface morphology of the film which is cured at room temperature is more even than the surface morphology of the film which is cured at 100℃. But the toughness of the improved film which is cured at 100℃is better than the toughness of the improved film which is cured at room temperature.When the water-borne epoxy coating is improved with PEO, the hydrophilicity of the improved film enhances gradually and the surface energy of the improved film increases gradually with the increase of the mass PEO; the decline of the water-borne epoxy resin curing agent; the decline of the concerntration of PEO solution. The surface morphology of the film which is cured at 100℃is more even than the surface morphology of the film which is cured at room temperature. But the toughness of two improved films which is cured at 100℃and at room temperature is almost the same.In the course of the friction resistance of the films being tesed, since the experiment equipment's limit, the speed of water current can't be too fast. So the experiment can't simulate the actual environment in which the fish swim, namely the water current can't achieve the onflow state, so PAM and PEO can't exert the function of the pseudo plasticity and the film can't achieve the purpose of the reduction resistance. When the speed of water current is very slow, the effect of reduction resistance is not obvious. But the effect of reduction resistance becomes better and better with the increase of the speed of water current. So the improved paint film with PEO have the function of the reduction resistance when the speed of the water current exceed the speed 0.75m/s. The resistance is reduced by...
