Study On Preperation Process And Quality Standard Of The Siynga Patch

This thesis mainly carries out study on preparing Syringa patch ,it discusses a new method to cure the acute or chronic inflammation with Folium syringae through the skin. It study the preparation and the quality standard of the patch, simultaneously, it exzamines the absorb standard of effective element of the Folium syringae through the skin,, in order to apply the effective evidence for the study of curing the inflammation through the skin.It obtains the best extract condition by orthogonal experiment design. The principles were gathered and purified through macroporous resin, it selects the best type in four macroporous resin by study their the adsorption and desorption capability.This thesis studies the preparation of the syinga patch, it selects suitable transdemal enhancer and the best proporation through the liberation degree in votro.Improved Franz diffusion pool method was improved experiment of liberation degree in vitro, meanwhile, it use the common quality standard of the patch to control the quality of the syinga patch.
