Objective:TO reform traditional powder with better curative effect in clinical useage in this study, and alter execute curative effect best even convenience practical new form of a drug by skin distribute drug preparation—preparation of KeChuanXueWei Patch was determined. Methods:The major topic in this thesis includes:Analyses cough and dyspnea actuality,transist correlation literature series,combine incorporation modern times look-into fruit,demonstrated prescription scientific and reasonable;Prescription suffered each drug press pharmacopoeia rovision proceed discriminate and content mensuration;Single element experiment was performed to study the optimum CO2 supercitical fluid extraction technics of crude drugs with the capacity of total extraction、the extraction rate of Eugenol and the remainder rate of Ephedrine hydrochloride indreys as the index;Thermocautery method was used to prepare the patch,the study of preparation technics, orthogonal experiment was used to select the optimise prescription matrices. Results:Topical in vitro permeation experiment with rabbits skin in Franz diffusion cell show 1% azone enhance permeation to Eugenol and Ephedrine hydrochloride was the best, the permeation of powder coincided with Weibull distribution function and the permeation of patch coincided with Higuchi Equation,the patch was obviously better than the powder;The determination of in vitro release rate of the patch showed its release coincided with Higuchi Equation.Conclusion:Its release rate was more rapid than percataneous rate,the patch was skin controlled-release TDDS.
