Submersible Progressing Cavity Pump (SPCP) technology has been gradually used in petroleum exploitation. The online multiply point monitoring and control system for ESPCP operation is consisted of sensor, A/D switch apparatus, computer, frequency converter, motor, and reducer, Progressing Cavity Pump (PCP), etc. Integration control, optimum administration, reduction cost can be realized by multiply point monitoring and control system of ESPCP operation. Among the system, related model establishment, single point control and multiply control technique are the key technology. The research makes for the development of ESPCP petroleum exploit, and can promote multiply subject cross development.On the basis of common ESPCP, The design and study of the online multiply point supervised and control system of ESPCP was realized by the combination of software and hardware. The factors and the model chain related to ESPCP rotatary speed is analyzed and constructed; liquid height model and transducer control model are constructed according to the rotatary speed relation of frequency converter, motor, reducer, PCP. The single control system is constructed according to control model. The simulation signal is acquired by QWY-1 and is transformed to digital signal, and the pump rotate speed is changed by computer through changing the frequency of converter according to control model; the pagoda third class control model is applied in control model, that is, soft startup, critical bake pump, pump rotate speed. In view of the petroleum exploit, practice case, single computer multiple point control system is constructed; the control network system is constituted in area coverage, thereby the online single computer multiple point control system is completed. The work statue real time monitroing system of SPCP is controlled by auto control and manual control, and RS-485 general communication method is applied, as a result, the relation between data collection system, frequency conversion control system, and computer control system is realized. The application of the online Single computer Multiply point control system has lots of adventages, such as increasing the veracity of control, reducing cost, improving economic benefit, at the same time, on the basis of which, the construct of the online multiply point control model under multiply factor affection will be completed.
