This paper main research on the mechanism as well as each kind of factor and the correlation parameter to influence irrigation effect of coal bed pours water, unify 131103 work faces of the 1st mine in Xinji coal bed shallow hole flood-pot-test research, uses the two method research of FLU-ENT value simulation software to simulate coal bed moist seepage rule, and uses the examinating the entire moisture content change of coal sample under the different inigation pressure and the irrigation time coal bed moist radius, according to the moist radius the size to carry on the design which the shallow hole coal bed pours water, adjustm irrigation parameter, and optimize irrigation craft, achieved the best moist effect goal of the coal bed pours water.Studied the main dust origin and the distribution rule in working faces, and compared around the irrigation based on the measured data analysis the change of each mainly to produce the dust working procedure dust density obtained the coal bed to pour water can the active control working faces coal dust, got up the extremely ideal falling dust effect conclusion; Studied the coal bed to pour water may increase the overhaul class gas the release, reduced the production class the gas density, has effectively suppressed the phenomenon which the production class gas often surpassed limits; Rests on the massive scene measured data, has analyzed around the irrigation the working surface gas prominent target change, obtains the coal bed to pour water may prevent conclusion to a certain extent which the coal and the gas prominent accident occurs.
