The liquid waste of drugs manufacture contains high concentration organic waste which is difficult to deal with. The liquid waste of Shenqi drugs manufacture have such characteristics: water quality changed heavily, high organic content, low ammonia nitrogen and pH. Though the anaerobe-aerobic biological treatment craft is effective towards that kind of liquid waste, it has the disadvantages that the treatment scheme is complex and the cost is high. In order to solve the problems above, the optimization of the craftwork is necessary.Water power sticking time of the UASB reactor has been altered from 8 hours to 10 hours, 12 hours and 14 hours. After observing the outcome of the test, the best water power sticking time is 12 hours. While the sticking time is 12 hours, the ratio of C to N of inflow is changed from raw sewage about 150:1 to 50:1, 40:1 and 30:1 after adding NH4CL to the conditioning tank. The research shows that when C: N equals to 30:1, the treatment efficiency reach its zenith (about 60%). After analyzing this phenomenon, we discover that the low source of nitrogen can cause the nutrients imbalanced and the microorganism growth is restrained when the source is superabundant.Before the optimization, the sludge in oxygen enrichment reactor is always in expansional state, and there is massive froth there. This condition has been refrained after injecting special drugs and the sludge bulking is under control. By altering DO of oxygen enrichment reactor, the ratio of C to N inflow and the water power sticking time, the whole craft has been debugged. When the debugging stage is finished, the drugs injecting is needless and there is no such phenomenon of sludge bulking.The clearance of COD could reach 85% and TN reach 81% under following conditions: the best performance of anaerobic reactor, altering the water power sticking time, altering the C:N and the density of DO, inflow of C:N at 10~12, and DO at 3.0mg/L. The rest parameters of the liquid waste treating with new method is that the value of COD is below 200mg/L, TN is below 20mg/L and TP is below 2.0mg/L.By the 80-days optimized debugging process, we could conclude confident that the original technical process(hydrolytic tank—conditioning tank—anaerobic reactor—oxygen enrichment reactor—mud settler—aeration biological basin—membrane filter system) can be successfully optimized into the new technical process (hydrolytic tank—conditioning tank—anaerobic reactor—oxygen enrichment reactor—mud settler).
