The NC Processing Of Small Brand Based On The Picture

This thesis presents a method to process small brand based on picture. It has a general description for the NC system, which was designed to process small brand. In addition, there is a detailed depiction about basal theory and development process of software system.The author developed the NC system to process small brand, including the open loop control system with PC-SCM mode, the mechanism system and the NC auto-programming system of small brand (BRAND-IPNC system). The author studied basal theory about NC auto-programming system of small brand; seek after the method to obtain contour image with single pels and gray image for the sake of satisfying NC auto-programming; achieved contour track accurately and to condense points in contour for black and white contour image; achieved curve fitting using chord difference interpolated algorithm and approximate double circular interpolated algorithm; discussed the three-dimensional NC auto-programming method for image of small brand. The author developed the BRAND-IPNC system based on above theories, which can achieve image processing, contour track, curve fitting, three-dimensional NC auto-programming and calculation of dimension precision etc.The NC processing system of small brand solved the question that small brand which has irregular map can not be processed by drawing the brand image in the CAD/CAM software, and achieved the three-dimensional NC auto-programming of small brand. It can obtain normal G NC code, which achieved prospective effect.
