The rose belongs to flowersand plants that has the high edible value and the medicinal purposes value. After the rose volatile was extracted, there was massive roses dregs had lost. The rose dregs does not include any harmful element, including the rich flavones, is one nutrition ingredient extremely rich natural raw material. It is worth further developing the use.This article uses the DPPH? elimination ability to determine the anti-oxidized effect. During the process of extracting antioxidantion compositions from rose dregs, organic solvent extracting and supersonic extraction were compared. Based on an orthogonal experiment with supersonic extraction, the optimum extracting condition was obtained as the following: 75% alcohol, a ratio of 1:15 for the material to extraction solvent under ultrasonic wave power of 70W for 30mins. Compare to organic solvent extraction, the applying of ultrasonic wave technology in the extraction of antioxidantion compositions in rose dregs can be more timesaving, efficient and energy-saving.May judge the rose dregs by the flavanone qualitative color reaction to withdraw in the thing possibly to include the flavanone,the flavonol, flavonoid and so on. The total contents of flavonoids determined by UV Spectrophotometry in Rose Dregs were 3.13 %.Through the DPPH? elimination system, the linoleic acid system method as well as the fat anti-oxidation system, carry on the synthesis appraisal to the rose dregs anti-oxidized activeness and the free radical elimination ability. The result indicated the rose dregs has the stronger DPPH? elimination ability, along with the density increase, the extraction gradually to strengthen to the DPPH? free radical elimination ability, which is higher than VE to the DPPH? free radical, but is lower than Vc. It eliminates DPPH? free radical the IC50 value is 10.20μg/mL. The rose dregs extraction and VE, Vc can effectively suppress the linoleic acid the peroxidation advancement, its suppression effect and VE quite slightly are lower than Vc. In addition it also has the obvious inhibitory action to the animalistic lard and the peanut oil auto oxidation, but is better than to the lard anti- oxidized effect the peanut oil. Increases 0.04% extraction anti- oxidation effect in the lard to surpass 0.02%VE, when add 0.06% of lard, its anti-oxidized effect was equal to 0.02%Vc .The flavonoid carries on the purification with the AB-8 macroporous adsorption resin to the rose dregs, after the purification sample through the high performance liquid chromatography and the ultraviolet absorption spectrographic methods analysis, finally indicated in the sample includes rutin.
