Synthesis And Biology Activity Of Triazole-thioacetic Aniline Derivatives

This thesis includes four chapters.Chapter 1: A brief review for the research of 1,2,4-triazole in recent years. This chapter is a brief review for the research, synthetic methods and application values of triazole derivatives in recent years.Chapter 2: Synthesis and biology activity of intermediate 1,2,4-triazoleThe title compound was synthesized from phenoloxyacetyl hydrazide whichreacted with phenisothiocyanate to give the corresponding 1,4-substituted thiosemicarbazide, then it was readily cyclized to 1-phenyl-2-phenyloxy-1,2,4-triazole-5-thiole by the solution of 2 mol/L NaOH, and the structures of all the compounds were conformed by elemental analysis, IR and ~1H NMR. From the bioactivity of the compounds investigated, they showed good plant growth regulative property.Chapter 3: Synthesis and biology activity of 1,2,4-Triazole-thioacetic aniline Derivativesl-phenyl-2-phenyloxy-l,2,4-triazole-5-thiole reacted with 2-Chloroacetanilide to give [l-phenyl-2-phenyloxy-l,2,4-triazole-5-thio]acetanilide under the microwave irradiation, compared with classic methods, this method has the advantages of quick, high-yield, clean and work-up easy. And the result of the research of biology activity show that these compounds have good plant growth regulating activity, it should be potential biology activity regulator.Chapter 4: The study of supramolecular crystal structure of 1,2,4-triazolederivatives.In this section, part of the intermediate and the product were brought up to crystal. The crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis, and the result show that the familiar supramolecular weak forces were involved in the crystal, just as the intermolecular hydrogen bond and the C—H…πinteractions, which link the molecules together as a tri-dimensional netlike supramolecular.
