Heterocyclic derivatives were widely used in all fields for their special bioactivities and other functions which have broad development prospects and always been the object of scientific research. It was found that the gathering of several functional groups will strengthen or develop their original properties. For the reason, that a lot of polycyclic compounds, united heterocyclic compounds and compounds with heterocycles and other different functional groups were synthesized and studied. In this dissertation, the efforts were focused on design and synthesis of novel type of heterocyclic compounds with several functional groups by microwave irradiation and their bioactivities study. A series of important and creative results have been obtained.Three novel types of heterocyclic derivatives have been designed and synthesized by use of microwave technique. All forty-one compounds obtained were new and their structures were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, MS and element analyses. The synthetic methods of target compounds have been systematically investigated. The effects of microwave powers, irradiation time and other factors have been inspected. Microwave irradiation realized a safe, convenient, efficient and eco-friendly method of heterocyclic compounds synthesis.Under the present experiment conditions, the antibacterial activities of some compounds have been tested against several kinds of bacteria, such as S.aureus, E.coli and B.subtilis. Preliminary bioassay indicates that most compounds display antibacterial to certain extent, especially the triazole Schiff bases. It indicates that these compounds have selectivity to certain bacterium and substituents have different effects to their bioactivities.
