Cold ring rolling is an advanced plastic forming technology with continuous revolving local deformation, which has significant advantages in labor saving, energy conservation, material saving, high efficient and low cost. The technology has received an increasing application in the fields of aerospace, automobile, train and energy etc. To consistent with the development of cold ring rolling theory and technology, the research on the effect of material properties as well as their evolution in processing on the forming technology is becoming an important issue. Rolling is a forming method that the ring is rolled in the revolving die. Its feature is that using the rolling mill and die profile can deform the ring continuously and locally. So ring rolling is a process which it can thin the wall thickness, increase the diameter and shape the section.The problem studies the closed type cold ring rolling of taper ring to expand forming law, carries out the simulation analysis on the person, makes use of finite element method software simulation result, analyses the affect a law and much impact of main influencing factor change over width exhibition law that the factor shows one by one respectively to width, closed type cold ring rolling of taper ring to expand a handicraft providing theory guiding. The main body of a book adopt two ring twinning to roll expand, not only being able to counterbalance the axial force coming into being because of asymmetric deformation, cut down strain improving system document accuracy, extension core roller life-span all together, can improve an efficacy. Adopt the purpose closed type to be that hope can stretch up to whose width to certain control action.This thesis has given us closed type cold ring rolling of taper ring which is based on the theory of ring rolling and finite element model. At first, we simulate according to two kind of blank size and find which is better. Then, according to the actual size of rolling machine, we accordingly has given several kind of dimensions for drive roller and core roller and we can simulate the whole process. From the result of the simulation according to different drive roller radius and core roller radius, we can observe the variation of average spread and average fishtail coefficient to find its law of deformation. After that, a suitable blank size is determined, so we can simulate with the optimized mould. During the simulation, several parameters are changed, including rotate speed of drive roller, feeding speed of core roller and numerical of mesh. According to the result of simulation, we can investigate the variation of average spread and obtain a series of optimized parameters. The finite element method expanding by closed type cold ring rolling of taper ring analyses, reaches forming law and reckoning that whose width spread shows. The result expanding with opening type rolling carries out contrast, reaches the closed type cold ring rolling of taper ring to expand the creation stretching relative to opening dyadic advantage depending on controlling being able to be to a certain extent fairly good is broad.
