Along with the blasting technology development, the millisecond blasting technology widespread application, more and more is in particular high to the detonator delay precision request. How enhances the detonator's delay precision also to become an urgent question, on last century 80's, the overseas correlation expert and the research institution developed the new generation of detonator——electronic detonator.After more than 20 years development and the improvement, the electronic detonator already obtained the widespread application in mining industry in overseas countries especially the South Africa, also obtained the extremely good effect. Our country also began the research in this domain from last century. But so far, we had not the extremely satisfied product.Our country only applies this high technology and new technology in the San Xia periphery coffer dam demolition blasting. But the detonator in this project relied on the import completely. Therefore, we must carry out the electronic detonator research. We must break overseas monopoly.This article has referred the large numbers of materials. It started from the current electronic detonator development history and the research condition.It researched the electronic detonator basic principle and the internal structure design method. It used the singlechip integrated circuit to realize control of the internal delay. And above selecting the singlechip integrated circuit as the control unit, used the multi-layered ceramics electric capacity as the stored energy electric capacity to realize the detonator stably and reliably detonation.The main research results are as follows:1) The electronic detonator interior component (outside miniature control unit) designs.(1) The ignition charge weight selects 8-10mg. The igniter inflammable composition uses antimony trisulfide; The base composition allocated proportion is the potassium chlorate: Antimony trisulfide: KB medicine= 3: 1:0.5; Selects the polyethylene mellow polyvinyl acetate emulsion the mixture to make the bond.(2) The bridge silk material selects 6J20 (softly) the nichrome. (3) Initiator charge selects performance stable BNCP material as the priming composition.2) Considering electronic detonator's safety factor, analyzed how to reduce influence of the static electricity and the stray currents.3) Electronic detonator's delay unit design.(1) Selects at89C2051 monolithic integrated circuit as the miniature control unit of the electronic detonator(2) Selects American Xicor Corporation EEPROM chip X25045 as the serial EEPROM memory(3) Uses the internal neterodyne to take fixed time.Realizes the precise delay time and match the software and the hardware to control circuit.(4) Uses Dell PowerEdge 1500SC 5V Regulator Module 0M495 voltage regulation module to provide stable and enough detonation energy.(5) Uses X5R/X7R which South Korean samsung Corporation producesⅡkind of material quality 100pF multi-layer ceramics to paste the piece electric capacity as the stored energy electric capacity. Make the electronic detonator stably detonate.
