Electronic detonator, as an important member in the blast field, is mainly used in demolition of the dense urban buildings, mining, emergency spillway and special directional blasting and so on. Compared with other blasting methods, electronic detonators with millisecond time blasting have a low blasting vibration, very high reliability and optimum blasting. So, it has a very wide application value.Aiming at the question that electronic delay detonators are easily affected by the blast wave in engineering blasting, this paper proposes the principles and methods of achieving high precision timing detonation under strong overload conditions. It used the combination mode of the high accurate crystal oscillator and the impact harmonic oscillator. This thesis mainly uses simulation software Multisim10, graphic design software Protel DXP, to realize circuit design, simulation and hardware circuit debugging, and to finally complete the overall design of the system timing circuits and achieve the high precision timing function of electronic detonators under strong overload conditions. Because the use of digital chip control the circuit effects, this system has the advantages of high delay precision, strong impact resistance, good reliability, without on-site programming, etc. And it which has the low cost is better able to meet the needs of initiation millisecond electric detonators.Through the actual validation, error analysis and impact test. it fully confirms the stability and performance reliability of the system circuit. And it can reach to the design purposes of the impact resistance high precision timing. Thereby, this design provided the new idea to delay blasting of electronic detonators. The system is mainly used for completing the precise control of millisecond initiation time between blast points in the blasting operations, and in order to obtain the desired blasting effect.
