Due to the late start of research in the field of electronic detonators in China,although much progress has been made,many electronic detonator products have also been developed.However,apart from a few products reaching internationally outstanding standards,most other electronic detonator products and foreign There is still a certain gap between advanced products.Especially in the high-precision design,China cannot yet achieve its own core technology.Therefore,it mainly depends on imports in this respect.However,due to the high price of imported products,domestic users cannot reach such a high level because of the current development situation in China.With regard to the affordability of the price,it is very important to develop a new type of electronic detonator system with autonomous core technologies.Because detonators are restrictive products in China,many of the links involved in the production process,in order to ensure the safe use of civilian explosive products and the people's lives and property safety,public security agencies also require detonator production,sales,transportation,detonation and other links The flow of information is fully controllable.Therefore,according to the market demand and its own existing technical capabilities,a new type of electronic detonator initiation and control system based on navigation and positioning is studied.It has a chip control circuit inside,and the unique serial code set by the electronic detonator can be written into the chip so that each The electronic detonators can be controlled in all aspects from production to sales to use,and because they have navigation and positioning functions,they can fully meet the needs of the regulatory authorities and effectively maintain social stability.The electronic detonator detonation control system developed in this paper develops the function of electronic detonators through the market demand,The theory of Millisecond delay blasting and management information systems are applied to the design of electronic detonator initiation and control systems,respectively.The products not only have deferred-time precision.The clock control circuit structure and safety are superior to domestic similar products,and have unique innovations in the design of the detonation system,the security measures of the initiator,and the control system.It is also the international leading level in the load capacity of the network.It is believed that after the industrialization and promotion of electronic detonators,there will be a broader marketprospect in the near future.
