As the carboxyl complexes have special properties and diversiform structure, these complexes have extensive potential application in many fields such as magnetics, catalyst, molecule carriers, gas storage and ergonomics. So the study of the complexes and coordination polymers enriched the study of theories. These compounds have the potential application in many fields. In this study aldylencdithiomethylene Malonic acid acts as the main coordination agents and compound iron ion have been synthesized by the means of solution, As a result ,the 1D polymer is obtained. Then 3doordination complexes and polymers have been designed and synthesized in this1D polymer, These com pounds have been characterized by X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis, and some properties of them have been have been tested and analyzed.1.In coordination compound Na[Fe(HDYM)2(DYM)]·10H2O(HDYM=2-(1,3-dithiolan -2-ylidene) malonic acid .The local environment of iron exhibits distorted octahedro n,coordinated with two carboxylato-oxyen atoms fron Hdyma. Each dym with Fe(II) ion participates in forming six-membered chealthing rings. There exists bond interactiongs among natrium and Oxygen atoms from coordinate water molecule and un coordinated carboxylate groups, exhibits anamorphic octahedron.2.Transition metal dinuclear complexes Co3Fe2(dyma)6(H2O)14]·7H2O(Hdyma=2-[1,3] -dithiolan-2-ylidenemalonic acid) The local metal ion of each adopts a six-coordinated exhibits distorted octahedron.Fe(2)coordination to two five oxyen atoms of two cheating carboxylate groups of two Hdyma ligands created a six-membered chealthing rings.Co(1) ion and Co(2) ion with adyma adoptsū-carboxyl-o band compounded then compound with five Oxygen atoms from coordinate water.Co(3) ion with the other two hyma compound byū-carboxyl-o bond then compound with five Oxygen atoms from coordinate water.3.{[NaFe2Mn2(Hdyma)(dyma)5(H2O)10]·6H2O}n is liear(1D) coordination polymer by the connection of O(12). The arrange nent of Manganese ion is W. Ferrum ion and manganese ion coordinated with dyma by severad aproches, Such as 1,5-bidentat echealth. 1,3-bidentat echealth. and and soon. The ions of feand Manganese ion and Ferrum ion are hexd coordnated. The local environment of iron exhibits distorted octahedron.4.The local metal ions Fe(1) and Fe(2) of the carboxyl complesx{[Zn2Fe2(Hdyma)2 (dyma)4(H2O)2]·10H2O}n are six coorinatall, and exhibits distorted octahedron. Th local Zinc ions Zn(1) and Zn(2) are four coorinatell, each Zinc ions linked withμ-corboxylato-O of three dyma espectively coordinated with an oxygen atom which come from water molecule tetrahedral. In these complexes, there are hydrogen bond reciprocity between carboxyl groups and crystal lattice water molecules. In addition, there is Van Der Waals force between S…O which is in the same complex, and it make the complex more steady.Key words: crystal structure; carboxyl complex; heteronuclear complex; hydrogen bond reciprocity.X-nay single crystal diff raction aralysis, and some propevties of them have been teseed and analyzed...
