The Research And Development Of Remote Monitoring System Of Cement Producing Based On Web Services

In the traditional monitoring of cement producing, the technical parameters and major producing equipments are monitored by operators in central control room. Microcomputers are applied in monitoring and controlling of the major cement producing process nowadays, automated level has been improved remarkably, however, there are many problem, such as: producing monitoring is limited by location, entirely monitoring is impracticable for managers, and the producing information is not able to be shared.Based on analysising of the technical process of cement rotary kiln, this paper propose a remote monitoring system framework based on B/S, the managers can monitor the producing process in everywhere and everytime.The remote monitoring system of cement producing Based on Web Services technology is studyed and constructed. The function of remote monitoring technical parameters and major producing equipments is implemented. Meanwhile, the remote and real-time management of cement producing monitoring data is implemented, it assists producing managers accumulating and analyzing technical parameters and producing data via many different manners of data management, and provides decision support for superintend.The display technology of monitoring interface based on Java Applet is studied, it improves the oneness of monitoring interface with Java3D technology, and enhances the interaction of human-machine.Based on opening and integrating characteristic of Web Services technology, a system application integration framework of cement producing enterprise is proposed, the remote monitoring system of cement producing can be compatibly integrated with the framework, the producing information is able to be shared within the whole enterprise. Services for enterprise developing are provided by the monitoring system associated with other application.
