With the development of intelligent manufacturing in China’s manufacturing industry,many cement enterprises are gradually phasing out traditional and outdated production methods and shifting towards intelligent production relying on Internet technology.The modern cement grinding production process is a multivariable and complex continuous process.Therefore,fault monitoring plays a crucial role in ensuring the safe operation of cement grinding production equipment.In response to the problem of low informatization levels of traditional fault monitoring systems,in this thesis,a cement grinding fault monitoring system based on MES is researched,designed and developed.The system realizes the monitoring and management of cement grinding process faults,ensuring continuous and stable production operation,and helping to improve equipment lifespan.The main work accomplished is as follows:(1)Based on the development trends of intelligentization at home and abroad and the development needs of cement enterprises,combined with the cement grinding process of the enterprise and the analysis of various fault mechanisms,we proposed the overall scheme of the cement grinding fault monitoring system based on MES.The system consists of four levels: the data source layer,data storage layer,service layer,and application layer.(2)Based on the system requirements and the analysis of cement grinding data,we designed the production information database and the fault information database and completed the design of data acquisition,fault learning,real-time monitoring,and fault management modules.The data acquisition module includes OPC interface,serial communication,and other technologies.The fault learning module includes the acquisition and analysis of candidate faults.Real-time monitoring includes parameter monitoring and single and compound fault monitoring.The fault management module includes fault information management,fault data information configuration,and single and compound fault query and statistics.Other modules include personnel management and system permission management.(3)Using the B/S mode as the framework and programming environments such as SQL Server 2012 and C#,I wrote the system program and implemented the above five functional modules.The system has been applied in a cement enterprise in Linyi.
