Cement Industry is an important part of China's heavy industry, also have similarities with other heavy industries. Such as: high energy consumption, personnel intensive and other features. With the cement manufacturing technology evolving at the same time and response to the central government for the construction of a resource-saving society guidelines. Cement industry as our country's important basic industry, should be the first one to take its own social responsibility. Under the current situations of the development of cement industry, effective regulations have been rarely put forward in spite of the increasing requirements of resource-saving.If we can make full use of the existing cement production line of hardware facilities and resources to develop a set of energy-efficient collection and management system. Not only can make the cement companies to achieve better cost control, but also the traditional cement industry to achieve energy saving and green production.The main task of this paper is to design an energy efficiency of collection and management system for the cement grinding station. First, the paper describes the background and significance of this research, Including an analysis of the current situation of energy consumption of cement produced at home and abroad as well as energy management systems. Then, combine with the cement grinding's manufacturing process, detailed understanding of the scene's hardware configuration and available resources.Secondly, in order to achieve real-time data acquisition and data analysis, in-depth study of the multi-threading technology, database technology and hardware interface communications technology in data acquisition and analysis. In addition, design the overall framework of software system, design those based on multi-threaded data acquisition subsystem, and data management subsystem. Which the data acquisition subsystem including multithreading ammeter data collection and DCS process data acquisition. Data management subsystem includes real-time monitoring and historical data analysis.Finally, based on Visual Studio 2012 development environment and SQL Server 2008, use C # language programming to achieve real-time data collection, real-time data monitoring and historical data analysis for the cement grinding production process.
