Most of the key equipments in the cement plant are dynamic equipments,thus the state monitoring system has important application value.At present,the state monitoring system consists of C/S and B/S model.The C/S model has good reliability,but it depends on particular operating system,and has bad performance in cross-platform,portability and maintainability.The traditional AJAX based B/S model can achieve cross-platform,but its performance in frequent data transmission is not satisfying.With the development of Internet technology,the new communication protocol called WebSocket has appeared,which completely overcome the shortcomings of the traditional B/S mode.In this paper,a B/S model monitoring system based on WebSocket is proposed and applied to monitor the dynamic equipments of a cement plant.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.The scheme of dynamic equipment monitoring system based on WebSocket is proposed.This scheme is composed of monitoring terminal and control center.The monitoring terminal is made up of data acquisition module based on MCU and data transmission module based on DTU.It is the source of monitoring data and execution instruction unit of dynamic equipment condition monitoring system.The control center is the control center of dynamic equipment condition monitoring system.It takes cloud server as application carrier,and takes PHPSocket as application framework.It can manage all monitoring terminals,receive,store,process and display monitoring data collected by terminals.2.The design of the monitoring terminal and the control center is proposed.The monitoring terminal design includes the determination of the monitoring parameters of the dynamic equipment of the cement plant,the selection of the corresponding sensor,the program design of MCU and the tuning of the DTU parameters.The design of the control center includes the design of communication mechanism,the design of database application system,the design of the background processing system and the design of the fault diagnosis system.3.The Web client of responsive layout is developed.Angularjs is used as the whole solution.Bootstrap and Highcharts are used to realize the dynamic display of content,and the real-time and historical data of the whole platform is achieved.Finally,the joint debugging and pressure test of the developed system verify the reliability and excellent performance of the system.
