Study On Regional Carrying Capacity Of Resources And Environments In Jiangxi Province

In recent years, the sustainable development was experiencing from general conception and qualitative research to quantitative research transformation, and the system carrying capacity was one of the cores in researching the measures and appraises about sustainable development. On the foundation of the domestic and foreign research results, this paper take the Jiangxi region as an object, use the principle of the state space method, and take the sustainable development as the regional goal. Then author established index system about the assessment of regional carrying capacity of resources and environment, the paper quantitatively analyzes the regional carrying capacity of resources and environment of 11 cities in Jiangxi Province by principal components method and analyze the relative capacity of resources and environments from 1998-2002 in Jiangxi province. The author draw the main conclusions and get some advice.The paper was divided into six parts:(1) Based on review of carrying capacity and carrying capacity of resources and environments at home and abroad, the paper points out the backdrops.(2)According to the Jiangxi province's ecosystem characteristic, the paper took the region sustainable development as the goal and related theory foundation.(3) According the principle of the state space method, the paper construct the formula and model of regional carrying capacity of resources and environment.(4)According to the index system, this paper discusses the construction of evaluation' indices for regional carrying capacity of resources and environment with Jiangxi's practical situation, then quantitatively analyzes the regional carrying capacity of resources and environment of 11 cities in Jiangxi Province.(5) Analysis of dynamic changes of relative carrying capacity of resources in Jiang xi province.(6) The author draw the conclusions and get some advice from the above-mentioned analysis.
