As the most complicated existence of the universal, people can not live without the nature or the particular social relation. People is live in the duplex factors of the nature and the society. The ecological environment is just like a mirror, it can reflect the status of human's development clearly. Human's all-round development depends on the improvement and development of the ecological environment, and can not be realized by ignoring it.
