View Of Scientific Development, The Construction Of Ecological Civilization Studies

Facing the worsening global ecological crisis,study of civilization once again aroused people's interest. Ecological civilization has become one of the important research topics in the contemporary academic circles. For its part, China has entered a society with risk of high consumption and high pollution .And ecological environmental problems have reached a stage that can not be ignored. In the seventeenth report of the CPC Central Committee, the requirements of the construction of ecological civilization was clearly put forward and stressed. Meanwhile, the research and building of ecological civilization, as theoretical and practical issues, have also become a common concern of people.Foreign academics has made a thorough study in terms of the cause of ecological crisis,and has also taken concret measures from all angles. However,study with regard to how to solve the fundamental problem of ecological environment, is still far from enough. Domestic academics have done something of great value,based on national conditions,and the introduction of foreign research results at the same time,but still it is in its infancy. At present,the concept of ecological civilization has not been concluded,and there are still a lot of disputes in terms of the choice of the path behind the ecological civilization and how to put ecological civilization into practice. In this paper,the principle of a combination of theory and practice has been used,and a research study on the ecological civilization in our country has been done at a more macro level.The text is divided into four parts:Part I: This part tries to pursue the development process of human civilization with the relationship development between man and nature.And it puts focus on an analysis of the drawbacks of industrial civilization, therefore,we have reason to point out that the essence of the contemporary ecological crisis is the crisis of industrial civilization.In order to truly solve the ecological crisis,it is necessary to achieve a new development process,with social development and ecological environment developing in harmony,that is the construction of the ecological civilization.Part II: This part has systematically elaborated the concept,content,features and theoretical basis of ecological civilization,which provides a theoretical guidance for the construction of ecological civilization in China.Part III: Theory development of ecological civilization has been elaborated with the combination of the actual situation in China. Ecological civilization coincide with the value of the scientific outlook of development.ecological civilization is the inevitable choice with the fact of three major crisis facing,and the four civilizations support and complement each other as well.Meanwhile,the construction of ecological civilization is also China's inevitable choice to solve the current problem of the ecological environment and of great significance.Part IV: This part gives an analysis of the feasibility of the carrying out ecological civilization from angles of theoretical basis,system security,strategic opportunities.And from the perspective of economics, ideology, and institution, analizes the main factors in the way.Finally fiscal measures are given to work out the main obstacles in the way to carry out ecological civilization.
