In this dissertation, the chemical compounds and the NBR(Nitrile -Butadiene Rubber) structure of polymer rubber are firstly introduced and discussed. Then, through the process analysis to NBR products curing, the manufacture technics condition influence the rubber structure and function are realized. Finally the NBR drilling process problem and quality failure are systematically deal with and means has been suggested and realized.The more detailed aspects of this work are embodied as given below:(1) The NBR chemical component and physical capability effect are introduced。In which, the polymer rubber molecular distributing and allocation of molecular distributing are extended analysis. Then the temperature condition changing, three physical status of polymer rubber perform different influence to molecular distributing activity of Polymer rubber;(2) The blow-shape principle and curing method of the NBR are investigated via the understanding and introducing of the rubber manufacture process. Especially the mainly four phase of curing process are detailed explain and discuss.(3) The statistic process control (SPC) method is used to diagnose and analysis the influence to the structure of the NBR, amassing from the drilling technical after the presentation the rubber drilling technic.(4) Utilize the design of experiment (DOE) method to collect and statistic much sampling experiment data , and comparison of process parameter, the optimization and improvement are made to fit the needs of the drilling technics and equipment in which two steps ie., feeding speed with 1500pcs/h and hot-pin equipment are included.In conclusion, through the optimization of drilling parameter condition and modified design of the equipment, the drilling process failure is successful control so that the manufacturing productive efficiency of NBR to be improved.
