According to study the main process control and parameter of the sand casting for bonding machine, the main purpose of this dissertation is to improve the quality, reduce scrap cost of the sand casting products. The new riser design and cold iron for special location were used basing on the traditional process control of sand casting. The process was optimized to make sure that the products of bonding base meet the quality requirement. The new process procedure was defined. The main quality defects were summarized and analyzed.The more detailed aspects of this work are embodied as following:(1) The casting products foundry and configuration:The relationship between the metal chemical and affects are discussed, including the temperature and freezing methods, material shrinkage.(2) The casting process procedure, main defects define and analysis, root cause and solution are explained and discussed in detail.(3) The statistic process control (SPC) method is used to diagnose and analysis the influence to the structure of the casting defects, amassing from the technical after the presentation the technique.(4) The design of experiment method is utilized to collect and statistic much sampling experiment data.The optimization and improvement are made to fit the needs of the casting process by comparison of process parameterIn conclusion, the process failure is successfully controlled so that the manufacturing productive efficiency to be improved, through the optimization of casting parameter condition and modified design of the equipment,...
