The Study Of Measuring The Interior And Exterior Temperature Of Cocoon In The Cocoon Cooking Process

Cocoon cooking process is primary important in silk-reeling process, which concerns the quality of raw silk and the cocoon reeling. In the process of cocoon cooking, the temperature of cocoon cooking is one of the most important parameters. It affects the quality of cocoon cooking and the consumption of raw pod. We measure the cocoon cooking water temperature mostly and ignore the interior temperature status of cocoon for a long time, and then we have devised the convenient device of measuring the interior and exterior temperature of cocoon. This article shows the research and application of cocoon interior temperature measuring sensor of temperature measuring instrument based on K-thermocouple which is used in cocoon cooking process. The article introduces this device in detail, makes analyses on some sets of temperature profiles collected on the spot by it, and draws a comparison between the analytical results and the actual production, then draws a conclusion.Through practicing, we find that the device of measuring the interior and exterior temperature of cocoon in the cooking cocoon has advantage of high-sensitive and well-duplicate and high-precision, and by using the suitable software interface on PC, a great deal of interior and exterior temperature profiles of cocoon in cocoon cooking process can simultaneously be shown in a single interface, which can lead to those aggregative profiles easy to be observed and analyzed. So from above analysis we can know that the measuring device not only helps to judge the rationality or irrationality of cocoon cooking technique, but also realizes the status of cocoon cooking temperature controlling, so the measure device can reflect the level of the factory's management.
