Because of the jet looms running in high speed regularly,the robust reliability of the mechanical systems is very important. We spend 400-500 million dollars (about 3-4 billion RMB) to purchase the jet looms from Japan during the ten years. But the production value from the jet looms is just about 40-50 million RMB. The disparity of production quality reliability between domestic and abroad is of the main reason. 70% of the production quality reliability is aroused by the design. So we should do some researches on the robust reliability optimization of the jet looms mechanical systems. It will satisfy the demand of the development of the design of the jet looms. Based on the above reasons, this project will do some researches on the WG2000 jet looms from Jiangsu WanGong Group. Via the analysis and apply on the key components of the jet looms mechanical systems, combine with the robust design,reliability design,optimization design and finite element analysis, we carry out robust reliability optimization design and optimize some related parameters. Some of the research progenies have been applied in the productions.This thesis colligates merits and demerits of all jet looms and research to the current problems which exists in the process of conveying domestic and abroad to raise a project of"research on the key components of jet looms based on robust reliability design optimization"through researches. The project will analysis and simulate the key components by finite element analysis software. Together with the research process, we will validate the theory is advanced and practicable. Its most work is described as below:The first chapter is an overview, which introduces the source and significance of the project, the current researching situation on the project both nation and abroad, and the main contents of the thesis. Combined with the design situation of the key components of the jet looms, we raise a project of"research on the key components of jet looms based on robust reliability design optimization"The second chapter introduces the research on the mechanism of the jet looms. Firstly, the chapter studies on the theory of working mechanism of the components, then tells what happens with the components and bring forward the method how to deal with it.The third chapter introduces the robust design theory,reliability theory,optimization theory and finite element analysis theory. The project raises the design measures based on robust reliability optimization theory and construct the mathematical model of the theory.The fourth chapter applies the finite element analysis software to carry out the dynamical simulation on the key components of the jet looms. By the simulation, we can find the acentric force and the inertia force of the components are gigantic. Then carry out the optimization design by the finite element analysis software to find the optimum solution. Also we can find if the solution is robust and carry out the reliability research.The fifth chapter introduces the experiment research. To prove the plan of the project, the thesis designs an equipment. Firstly, the thesis does some experiment research on the jet looms and optimizes some certain parameters. Secondly, the thesis does some experiment research on the key components, which mainly discusses some parameters related to it and supporting by the experiment to make the model match the reality better.The sixth chapter is the conclusion, which reviews the main contents of the thesis and makes a conclusion about it. Besides that, it points out the existing problems and tells the bigger picture about the theory research and the application.The main innovation points are following:1. This thesis colligates merits and demerits of all jet looms and research to the current problems which exists in the process of conveying domestic and abroad to raise a project of"research on the key components of jet looms based on robust reliability design optimization"through researches.2. Via the analysis and apply on the key components of the jet looms mechanical systems, combine with the robust design,reliability design,optimization design and finite element analysis, we carry out robust reliability optimization design and optimize some related parameters. Some of the research progenies have been applied in the productions.
