R&D Of The Three-factors Testing Tool

The three-factors testing tool is produced for water-injection well testing, during the research anddevelopment, the tool solved the problem of temperature signal acquisition and storage, casing collar dataacquisition and identification and conversion of time and depth by circuit and mechanism configurationdesign and scheduling the down hole control software and surface data processing system, havingadvantages of short response time, high average sampling speed, huge data storage room and low powerconsuming. Furthermore, the tool can provide the functions of time-depth conversion, depth automaticallyemendation, curve zooming and processing in every track, labeling freely and CCL compensation.The three-factors testing tool can obtain qualitatively the suction capability of each layer and thesealing condition of the packer during the regular producing condition. Compare with the pressure gauge,the three-factors testing tool can estimate the sealing condition of the packer through obtaining the changeof temperature and pressure grads combining with the CCL, while the tool goes down from the first classpacker to the last one regularly without changing the injection pressure and seating one by one. The tool isapplied for well testing group equipped with steel wire lifting crane with high reliability and lower testingcost.The three-factors testing tool can provide necessary monitoring data for the gas well production bymonitoring the temperature and pressure profile according to the temperature and pressure differentiabetween the fluid level and confirming the fluid level height combining with CCL.This paper presents emphatically the working principle, the design of the circuit and software and theconfiguration characteristics of the three-factors testing tool.
