The radial tyre mould is one of the most important equipment in process of curingradial tyre. The quality of mould impression has a direct effect upon the presentationquality, service performance and service life of the radial tyre. First, the article haspresented the current status and development of the tyre mould, then on the basis,compared the inclined plane type of mould to the cone type of mould, analyzed theguide characteristic, processing property of manufacturing, service performance of thistwo mould, has chosen the inclined plane type of mould as base structure of the article.By theoretic deduce, the paper has built up the mathematics model of stress andstrain about the radial tyre mould, moreover, carried out the relational designcalculation and ANSYS analysis. Finally, for the sake of guarantee the feasibility andreliability of structure, the parameterized three-dimensional simulation design anddynamic process simulation of the radial tyre mould are used.The main work of the thesis is as follows:1. On the basis of collecting a vast amount of the tyre mould literatures, theauthor made a through investigation in current status and development of the tyremould, analyzed the deficiency, prospect and development tendency of domesticmould industry.2. A set radial tyre mould was designed successfully, the mould structure iscompact, stress is reasonable, distortion is slight. The assembling, disassembling andextracting of tyre are simple. The automatic die sinking and matching are possible, thework strength is lower and labor productivity is raised.3. There is no comprehensive coherent theoretic research about domestic mouldindustry, the paper carried out theoretic design and calculation, analyzed processingtechnic and process equipment of the radial tyre mould. 4. The paper has sovled the disadvantage of the radial tyre mould of curingprocess in factory attached to school.5. ANSYS is used in accessorial design. The design combined theoretic deduceand ANSYS analysis, which improves the reliability of structure design.6. This design successfully combines the traditional design with the threedimensional simulation design and process dynamic simulation design method, whichdeduces design cycle, reduces cost. The modern design idea of the design and themanufacture has fully manifested.
