With the rapid development of automobile industry,Tire business has increasingly higher demand for the precision,quality,life expectancy,as well as delivery of the mold,The competition among mold business has also increased.Current domestic production capacity of tire mold,especially the Segment Mould of meridian tyre production capacity of a serious shortage of active mold,This is a major problem of rubber tire mold industry is now facing.In this paper,The main problem is the analysis on the process flow and the research of CAD/CAM technology on the ZG88′H680-16 share of the Segment Mould of meridian tyre.One of the Segment Mould of meridian tyre has the highest technical content,the difficulty of the highest and the best development prospects.At present,there is only 10 more than the national can produce this type of mold. Application of this tire mold of traditional manufacturing methods is very difficult,long cycle and it is difficult to guarantee the accuracy,So its difficult to meet the growing demands of the market.CAD/CAE /CAM technology to become widely used tire mold production efficiency and improve the quality of an effective way.In this paper,the Segment Mould of meridian tyre mold flow analysis and processing,EDM mold cavity active radial tire technology,tire molds,as well as graphite electrodes CAD/CAM technology to carry out a more systematic research and innovation have made some.Tire mold for traditional processing technology of processing problems,as well as the tire mold process analysis,we propose two processing program,and project feasibility analysis,select the first option.EDM processing methods used tire processing die cavity and the active pattern,processing cavity are the main issues during the processing electrode and the structure of fixture selection.Application of CAD/ CAM software,to complete the three-dimensional modeling of graphite electrode,the use of CAM function at the same time after the implementation of the treatment process to generate tool path,and generate and simulate NC machining process.Tire mold finish DNC CNC code transmission and the corresponding hardware and software configuration of key components of the NC machining tool.
