Triazole compounds have been found to show wide spread biological activities,many of which have been developed and used as fungicides, plant growth regulators andmedicine. Triazole compounds have been the most important of types of fungicides innitrogen heterocyclic compounds. Different structures of triazole compounds havedifferent biological activities and developing novel structural triazole compounds is theresearch focus at present. At the same time, insecticide is the indispensably important partin the pesticide. Nicotinic insecticide is given more attention because its characteristics ofhigh-efficient, low toxicity, wide table, security and environmental protection. So thereis great significance on studying and contriving the neonicotin derivatives.In this thesis, the recent advances in the studies on the structures, synthesis, actionmechanism , structure-activity relationship and biological activities of triazoles andneonicotiniods have been reviewed. Active groups of different action mechanism wereinducted into the triazole compounds according to the concept of bioisosterism.Twenty-three novel triazole compounds in three types of structure and five neonicotinderivatives were designed and synthesized. The structures are listed as follows: Their structures were confirmed by means of ~1H NMR, IR, MS, EA and X-raydetermination(two single crystals of these compounds were obtained).Their physical chemical properties and spectroscopy properties were systematicallyinvestigated. The reaction methods have been compared and investigated, analysized. Theresults of bioassay indicate that most of these compounds have some biological activities.The relationship between structures and activities has been analyzed preliminarily. Thereaction mechanism and the better synthetic methods were discussed.
