In this thesis, we have reviewed the recent advances in the studies on the structures, synthesis, action mechanism, structure-activity relationship and biological activities of triazoles, different active groups of action mechanism were inducted into the triazole compounds according to the concept of bioisosterism. Twenty-one novel triazole compounds in three types of structure were designed and synthesized. They are summarized as follows:The structures of the novel triazole compounds mat were designed and synthesized in three types were confirmed by means of ~1HNMR, IR, EA and X-ray determination. The contents and the primary contributions of the research are summarized as follows:1) Twenty-one new triazole compounds containing benzotriazole group or morpholine were designed and synthesized. Their structures were confirmed with IR, ~1H NMR, EA and X-ray determination. Spectral properties and biological activities were also analyzed.2) Better synthesized methods of higher yield was studied.3) The fungus-inhibiting and plant growth regulating activity of triazole derivatives were tested, and all the compounds were found to show some fungicidal activities. Three of them have higher plant growth regulator activities.
