Studying On Ecological Marxism

As ethos of left wing, ecological Marxism came into being at green movement in 1970s and grew up in the late of 1980s and the early of 1990s. It is the result of combining socialism thoughts with new community movements in the west, which reflects Marxism's influence to west socialism and the inevitable relation between socialism and the settlement of zoology crisis in the present age as well as the west socialist's re-understanding of socialism after the zoology crisis aroused a good many problems in contemporary capitalism. Ecological Marxism sets up an integrated academic system in order to keep nature and humankind balance and harmonious. So we should pay much attention to the influence of ecological Marxism.This thesis proceeds with the concept of ecological Marxism and describes theory background, social reason and system origin. I preliminary sum up the ecological transient course of more than 30 years of socialism and divide it into producing, developing and perfecting for the three periods. Faced with numerous and jumbled ideological system standing in great numbers in the Marxian academy of the ecology, this thesis sums up theory content as four parts. While appraising ecological Marxism, this thesis regards Marxism as the basic point and reference system, on the basis of announcing fundamental difference of the two, this thesis emphasizes emphatically that Marxism binds function as the theory between the ecological Marxism and socialism with Chinese characteristics.This thesis seeks the socialist thought of the ecology to the enlightenment of the socialism with Chinese characteristics and tries to draw lessons from it. This text compares the ecological view, political view, culture view and diplomatic view of ecological Marxian with material progress, spiritual and political civilization of socialism of Chinese characteristics, and looks for the toleration between them.
