Exploration Of Traditional Resources Protection Pattern

Flourishing vigorously, traditional resources as well as others related bring a lot of profits to developed countries; meanwhile, developing countries abundant in resources have grasped the opportunity to have sped up their own developing. Therefore, traditional resources has been of stragetic importance for a country, and procuring and fairly sharing profits it brought has been a hot subject for international negotiations. Recently, the living environment of our traditional resources are deteriorating sharply because of being attacked by globalization and modernization, thus leading to a amount of valuable cultural heritage lost, so it is an urgent task to take measures to protect traditional resources. In the various protections from the government and the law, it has become an urgent problem to be settled to choose and concretely study the law protection on the traditional resources while promoting its protection in the international world. As one of Chinese minority areas, southeast of guizhou province Miao & Dong Autonomous Prefecture of Guizhou, the rich multi-national life there gives birth to its traditional resources, for instance, folk arts and literature ( such as Dong's Big Songs ), traditional medicine resources ( such as the amazing Miao's medicine ) and some other more. Despite the variety of traditional resources of southeast of guizhou province, actually it has been trapped in a crisis of existence and development, for it has been attacked by modern culture. Thus, continuing, protecting and making the best of traditional resources perplex us. Moreover, the present protecting measures all have their own disadvantages. At present, there is no law that specializes in entirely protecting traditional resources in our country. Accordingly, seeking protection from laws is the key factor, that is, based on Guizhou's own situation, combining with the original materials collected by the author together with his tutor through on-the-spot investigations, we can formulate rational and scientific measures, including the combined pattern of local laws and some other supplementary policies for traditional resource protection.
