Extracting Technology And Studies On Pharmacological Effects Of Jiangyaning Capsule

Objective: To study the making of capsule of Jiangyaning from atractylodes. Methods: the extraction efficiency of the paeoniflorin was taken as evaluating maker, the orthogonal test was used to optimize water extract conditions of Radix Paeoniae Alba, CaSO₄·2H₂O and Spiea Prunellae; The extraction efficiency of the emodin was taken as evaluating maker, Frutus Schisandrae Chinensis and Nepalensis spreng's optimal condition for the process of alcohol extract is established by orthogonal test; To choose the best formula of borneol -β- cyclodextrin inclusion complex; Calculus Bovis Artifactus and Radix Ginseng were put by powdering mothed. The method of identification by TLC and content cletermination by HPLC was studied, the quality standard was established, largely increasing the quality control level of the drug. The quality standard is laid down and the effection and securation of the drug was explored. Results: The optimal extraltion of Jiang yaning Capsule was established, TLC identification had high speciality and average percent recovery was 98.46 and RSD was 1.81 percent. Jiangyaning Capsule had the effect in activating blood and reducing blood pressure and was safe. Conclusion: The method of productive technology and quality control was simple, feasible and stable, pharmacodynamics test and security appreciation had provide a tested foundation to dinical practice.
