Sports products design is the key element that Sports Service serves good sports experience for users. With the globalization business strategies of sports products industries, to notice the differences emerging from each element is the pivot that sports brands could keep at a dominant or favorable position. Competitions of homogenous service products focus on the extension products, which is the key solution of diversities of every sports brand.In the field of sports industry, sports products industry and sports service industry are interrelated and interact on each other. At the beginning of new product development of Badminton extension products, it is very important to analyze and research the connections between each element of sports service products.There are six sections in total. The first part is general introduction. The second is mainly about the relations between sports service structure and new product development of sports extension products. The research about characters of badminton sports products is revealed in the third part, as well as the special demands from S-E-T and service target. We also could know the connections between each element of service package. According to comparing between European and Chinese badminton market, we could find the Product Chance Gap. The methods of finding solutions for sports extension products design are shown in the fifth with real project of badminton bag.In the finality, the problems requiring further studies are discussed.
