Research On Tobacco Mechnical Product Family Design Technolhy Based On Modularization Product Platform

Mechanical manufacturing confront many pressures, such as product structure complex, short production cycle and multi-varieties, small batch. In order to make process equipment manufacturing enterprises response to market quickly, this thesis regards mass customization thought as guidelines, regards enhancing reuse degree of message resources as goal, studies product family modeling technology based on modularization platform, develops product configuration device.The following contents are mainly demonstrated in the paper.(1) Status current mechanical manufacturing enterprises confront was analyzed, technology about project study was expounded, thesis main content was brought up, thesis feature and organization structure was summed up.(2) Modularization product platform frame structure and basic principle was studied. Modularization product platform basic principle and frame structure was analyzed; classify tobacco mechanical product to form some product sorts; take conveyor as an example, modularization product platform frame structure were established.(3) Product configuration modeling technology was studied. Product family modeling principle and technology was studied; product family model establishment method from function principle modeling and structure design modeling in the course of product family modeling design was studied. Through establishing universalization, modularization and standardization product family structure based on what studied, recede product structure redundancy, reduce search space of configuration reasoning, enhance configuration efficiency.(4) Product graded configuration technology based on rules and instance was studied, configure product family based on product structure model, product graded configuration technology based on conveyor structure model was studied, part was coded and part choose based on code was realized.(5) Plate conveyor configuration device was designed and realized, plate conveyor configuration device based on product platform was developed, and configuration device was tested with plate conveyor.
