At present,the manufacturing industry is facing severe challenges,including increasing shortage of resources,worsening environment,diversified and personalized market demand,increasing demand for innovative products,increasing product complexity,and increasing service demand.Generally,the manufacturing industry has begun to develop towards digitalization,networking,intellectualization and service.Among them,service as an important development direction of the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry has great development prospects and has been widely studied.In the process of service-oriented development,many concepts have been derived around service or integrating product and service.As a new service model,product service system(PSS)has gained more and more attention.PSS is an integrated solution composed of product,service,organizer network and infrastructure.It can help enterprises maintain competitiveness.Compared with traditional business model,it can reduce the impact on environment and extend the value chain on the premise of meeting client value needs.Therefore,this paper takes service as the starting point and studies the product-oriented PSS scheme design.The research topic of key technologies for PSS scheme design based on client value is proposed.The PSS scheme design is based on client value.There are two main reasons:Firstly,from the perspective of the product service system,the biggest goal of the product service system is to create greater value for clients,which should be followed in the scheme design of product service system;secondly,from the perspective of clients,the biggest demand of clients for product service system is that they can create and bring more value for themselves.The essence of design a product service system scheme based on client value is to take the client value element as the source,map the client value element layer by layer,and finally design a product service system scheme that satisfies clients.This paper mainly focuses on four key technologies,the specific contents are as follows:(1)PSS scheme design.Manufacturers are more and more inclined to the model of product and service,from the sale of product alone to the mixed function of product and service,and began to shift to the PSS business model.And designing a new PSS scheme is challenging,because two major factors of product and service need to be considered in the design process,and design thinking must be changed from product thinking to system thinking.First,based on the product service system scheme design framework,around the two key issues of client value element mapping and technical feature conflict resolution,a product service system scheme design method was proposed.The specific ideas of the scheme design method are as follows:First,when designing a product service system scheme,it is necessary to map client value elements to technical characteristics,and quality function deployment as an effective client value element mapping tool can map client value elements to technology characteristics;Second,the technical characteristics will interact with each other,and often there will be contradictions and conflicts.In this paper,TRIZ theory is used to resolve the contradictions and conflicts between technical characteristics.The technical characteristics causing contradictions and conflicts are corresponded to the specific parameters of the contradiction matrix,and the principle of solving the problems given by the contradiction matrix is obtained.Select appropriate invention principles and think about the characteristics of the technical characteristics of the product service system.The concrete solutions to the conflicts and conflicts are obtained.Through the combination of quality function development and invention problem solving theory,the problem of client value element mapping and technical feature conflict in the product service system scheme design process is effectively solved.Finally,the scheme design of the NC machine tool product service system is taken as an example to illustrate the application process of the proposed method.(2)PSS mapping rules mining.The mapping of client value needs to technical characteristics of PSS solution is a multi-dimensional non-linear mapping.In the process of implementing the product service system,enterprises have accumulated a large number of successful cases.Behind these successful cases,there are different mapping rules,which can be used to assist the mapping of client value elements to technical characteristics.The mapping process can be regarded as the extraction of mapping rules,usually using data mining method.Therefore,this paper proposes a new method of mining mapping rules based on the new imperialist competition algorithm(ICA).In the iteration process of ICA,the number of Empires is decreasing,the diversity of population is decreasing,and the algorithm is easy to fall into local optimal solution.In order to solve these problems,the imperial splitting mechanism is introduced in the revolutionary stage of ICA to make the algorithm jump out of the local optimal solution as soon as possible and avoid premature convergence effectively.In view of the lack of effective information exchange between empires,the clonal evolutionary operator is introduced in the competitive stage of ICA to clone and propagate powerful countries.And random crossover and high frequency mutation are carried out on clonal populations.The countries with stronger forces are selected to replace those with weaker ones,thus effectively guiding the algorithm to search for the optimal solution.The framework of support-confidence is extended to form a rule evaluation system with support,confidence,interest,comprehensibility and Kulczynski measure as objective functions.This method can effectively mine the mapping rules and provide guidance and reference for designers in the PSS scheme design.(3)PSS scheme evaluation.In order to enhance the practicability of the PSS scheme and avoid the waste of time and resources caused by improper design of the scheme,it is necessary to evaluate and optimize the PSS scheme.Based on client value evaluation index,a PSS scheme optimization method based on analytic hierarchy process(ANP)and niche theory is proposed.The ANP method is used to calculate the importance of different stages of client activity cycle and different types of client value.The niche theory is used to calculate the relative advantages of PSS in delivering various types of client value.Finally,based on client value type and value perception,the satisfaction degree of PSS scheme is obtained,and the scheme is optimized.(4)PSS scheme service module partition.Under the environment of mass customization,client's value elements for products and services are diversifying and individualizing.The fierce market competition drives enterprises to provide more kinds of products and services to meet client's value elements.In order to meet the client's individualized and diversified value elements,and in view of the characteristics of product oriented product service system,this paper proposes a service module partition method of product service system scheme based on fuzzy graph and Dempster-Shafer evidence theory.Firstly,it analyzes the correlation among module components from four aspects of resource correlation,process correlation,function correlation and class correlation;secondly,it constructs the maximum spanning tree of module components according to the correlation analysis results,sets different thresholds to cut the maximum spanning tree,and obtains different service module partition results;Then,in order to effectively evaluate the results of service module partition,an evaluation system of service module partition results based on customization,generalization and technological evolution is proposed and constructed.In order to synthesize the evaluation values of evaluation indexes objectively and effectively,Dempster-Shafer evidence theory with coordination mechanism is introduced as the evaluation value synthesis method.This method abandons the weighted average method of expert evaluation values in previous studies,and can effectively integrate the evaluation opinions of experts.In manufacturing industry,NC machine tools need professional technical support and services during its operation and maintenance.For enterprises,the new business model of product service system is obvious to enhance their product user experience and increase their income sources.In order to promote and accelerate the application and implementation of the product service system model on NC machine tools,this paper takes NC machine tools as the research object,and validates all the key technical solutions to NC machine tools.The results show that the proposed method is feasible and effective.
