Based on fundamental theories of oil production engineering, it summarizes the assistant decision-making of middle and long-term oil production planning in this dissertation. Stimulation treatments and augmented injections have been classified and discussed. Calculation method of stimulation treatments has been modified. The potentiality of oil and water wells has been analyzed with the practical production data of Daqing oilfield. Based on gray forecast algorithm and forecast model, production trend has been calculated and forecasted with modified GM(1,1) model. Investment-Benefit model and structure optimization model for various stimulations have been presented. Economic estimate of oil production planning and compositive decision-making method and model have been discussed. Expenditure of various stimulations and economic benefit have been analyzed. Programmed a planning and decision software for middle and long-term oil production and Planned the oil production engineering both for oil well stimulations and water well injections. Compared the planning result with practical producing data, the result is reliable and satisfied.
