In recent years,major emergencies endangering human social security occur frequently.In order to deal with the harm caused by these events,people will inevitably take certain emergency rescue measures.In this process,the demand for relevant rescue materials will increase in a blowout compared with the demand under normal conditions,and the production capacity of the production line is difficult to meet the demand for emergency materials under this scenario.Therefore,according to the evolution trend of major emergencies,how to quickly respond to emergency needs is the key to rescue.Based on this,covid-19 public health emergency is a new situation of pneumonia,and emergency response is the object of study.The emergency decision-making and optimization methods of the production line are studied in detail.This paper first analyzes the development status and characteristics of COVID-19 and the transmission dynamics of COVID-19 based on SEIR model,and then predicts the future demand for emergency supplies based on the epidemic curve.On the premise of following the implementation principles of emergency decision-making,comprehensive analysis of social and economic benefits of emergency decision objectives.On the basis of determining the multi-objective decision-making method,this paper constructs a multi-objective emergency decision-making model to minimize the production and demand deviation and the total production cost,encodes and solves the multi-objective emergency decision-making model by using Matlab mathematical software,dynamically adjusts the capacity of the production line,matches the supply and demand of emergency materials,and reduces the production cost to the greatest extent.The multi-objective emergency decision-making model established in this paper does not only consider the local optimization,and the quality of the solution is obviously improved.On this basis,the emergency capacity is determined according to the solution of the decision model.When the production capacity of the original production line does not reach the emergency capacity,according to the steps in the emergency optimization process and combined with the relevant theories of production line balance optimization,the balance rate and production capacity of the production line are improved through lingo based production line balance optimization and station operator optimization,Make the optimized production line meet the requirements of emergency capacity.The emergency production capacity and emergency optimization process proposed in this paper improve the stability and timeliness of emergency production.Finally,the production and processing of medical protective clothing in F company after the outbreak of COVID-19 is taken as the background,apply and validate the emergency decision and optimization of production line.The covid-19 emergency response strategy and Optimization Study Based on case based practice provides a theoretical basis and method support for the timely response of surge in demand.At the same time,the multiobjective emergency decision-making model is feasible to solve the actual production problems.Based on the solution of decision model,the emergency capacity determination and production line emergency optimization methods are proposed,which can help enterprises quickly improve the balance rate and production capacity of production line.
