The technologies of the viscosity break lifting in the wellbore are important approaches to the recovery of the heavy oil, especially the deep inspissated pools. And the steam-jet pumping will have a good developing foreground as a new and developing wellbore viscosity break lifting technology. Applying two-phase flow theory and heat transfer principles and using the law of conservation of mass, energy and momentum, this paper has established the flowing and heat transfer model of the fluid in the wellbore and annulus space between tubing and casing of the steam-jet pumping well. On the basis of research of the steam flowing law in ejection nozzle, according to the law of conservation of momentum, this paper has built up the basic characteristic equation of the jet pumping taking wet saturated steam as its power fluid. And by the meaning of the literature investigation, the steam-jet pump limiting condition and heavy oil blending mechanism have been probed. With application of the nodal systems analysis method, taking the steam-jet pumping system as the object of study and the exportation of the subsurface jet pumping as the solution spot, the two parts above have been jointed to form a set of complete steam-jet pumping design method. This design method has been programmed. And through the programming computation, this paper has analyzed the effect of steam injecting parameters to the steam-jet pump lifting performance, which can provide the criteria for optimization of the steam-jet pump producing parameters.
